Our two year guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing one of our products. It is a limited two year warranty from the date of purchase covering any manufacturing defects to your product. The warranty does not include damage to your product by misuse. If you have any questions on your warranty please contact us.
We ship Roxfit products worldwide from our UK based warehouse. This means that some shipping times can take up to 14 working days to get to you. It is dependent on your location and local postal services. For more information please visit our shipping page.
All of our Roxfit cases are manufactured in partnership with Sony Mobile under the Made for Xperia licensing agreement. This means that you are purchasing a case that has been specifically designed for your Sony Xperia handset. All of our cases exceed the banned and limited substances list set by Sony Mobile. They are also all tested for their functionality, suitability and quality. Don't accept cheap imitations - all of our Roxfit products will always carry the Made for Xperia logo on the packaging and accessory (where suitable). 
Of course! We are sure you will love your Roxfit products, but if you have a change of heart you can return these to us by completing the form that is included in your package and returning to the address stated. You have up to 30 days to return a product to us. All non faulty products must be in the original packaging and be in an unused and resalable state. If you have lost your returns form please contact us.
We may have an opening for a Roxfit distributor in your region. For more information on becoming a Roxfit distributor please fill in the 'become a distributor' information form
The fastest and easy way to claim on your Roxfit warranty is to email us. Please include the following in your email to ensure we can arrange a replacement quickly:
  • Your Roxfit order number or a proof of purchase (receipt / email confirmation)
  • The model of your Roxfit case and name of your Xperia handset
  • The exact fault of your Roxfit case
  • An image showing the fault
  • Your full return postal address
  • Please send all of these details to support@roxfit.mobi

    Unfortunately not. All of our warehouse facilities are secure and do not allow for any customer access. We do offer next day delivery in the UK.

    Sometimes we have to use images that are not of the actual product. This is to comply with standards that are set by Sony Mobile. We update images on a regular basis. All of our images will always show the correct Roxfit case but may sometimes be pictured on a different Sony handset.
