The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Smart Mobile Limited. By ordering from Smart Mobile Limited you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Smart Mobile Limited is a registered company in the United Kingdom (No. 06118585) and is VAT registered in the UK. The registered address is 1 Watchmoor Park, Watchmoor Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3AQ, UK.
Smart Mobile is the registered owner of the Roxfit™ Brand. The brand logo, images and products remain the sole rights of Smart Mobile and must not be reproduced without the permission of the owner.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit or Debit Card payments can be made by any of the from any of the following providers:
- American Express
All payments processed on the Roxfit website will be processed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Your card issuer may charge you a conversion fee. For more information on conversion fee's please contact your card issuer directly.
We accept Paypal payments for all website orders. There is no additional charge when paying by Paypal.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM ROXFIT
All products on the Roxfit website are showed inclusive of VAT. There is no price reduction for customers purchasing products outside of the European Union to reflect a VAT discount.
At Roxfit, we try our hardest to ensure that all products stocked on our website that are shown as available are in stock and correctly priced. However, despite our best efforts sometimes there can be some malfunctions that cause products to be mis-priced or be unavailable due to being out of stock or discontinued. Should you purchase a product that is out of stock, you will be contacted by a Smart Mobile employee who will offer an alternative product or a full refund. Should we receive no reply within 24 hours a full refund will be granted to your initial payment method.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working day, however, sometimes there can be some delays in despatching products from our warehouse. Although we try to accurately estimate all despatch and delivery times these cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLING AN ORDER FROM ROXFIT
You reserve the right to cancel any order you have placed from Roxfit. All cancellations must be logged within 15 minutes of the order time. After this time, your order may have been despatched and you may need to request a refund by returning the product to us. For more information on product returns, please see our returns policy.
Your cancellation request should be made in writing via email to email@example.com or by contacting us via the contact page on the website.
DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES
Although our items are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days, sometimes delays can occur that are out of our control. We ask that all customers allow 14 working days before contacting Roxfit customer services to report products that have yet to arrive at your shipping address.
Upon notifying us, you will be contacted by a Smart Mobile employee who will request further details in order to determine the location of your order and take appropriate action. Unfortunately, we cannot send replacement products prior to the 14 working day wait time due to restrictions with the postal services used.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
We know that sometimes you change your mind and need to return your product to us - so we have made it as easy as possible for you to do!
We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of the original invoice date. If you return is beyond this date please contact our customer support team who will be able to help you further!
Each order despatched from Roxfit includes an order returns form that details the products you have ordered. Simply choose the correct return code, note this down on your returns form and make sure you include whether you would like an exchange or refund for your product. Once you have completed this you can return your products to us by sending them to:

Once one of our friendly UK staff have received your return, they will replace or refund your order the very same day. We will keep you updated by email to let you know when to receive your refund or replacement product.
We suggest that you send your returns to us using a secure signed for service, such as Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For services. We also accept all returns from any other courier to our UK customer service centre.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot reimburse return postage costs for any products that are returned without a manufacturing defect. If you return a product for a refund due to any reason other that a manufacturing defect we will refund your entire order price minus your original postage costs.
If you have lost or misplaced your returns form, please contact our support team who will be more than happy to send you a replacement form by email.
We are sure that you're going to be over the moon with your purchase from Roxfit, however, in the event you need to return a product to us please follow the applicable steps detailed in our returns policy below.
FAULTY GOODS - RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS
At Roxfit, we only stock the highest quality products and use the best shipping methods to ensure your products reach you in the best possible condition. However, should you receive a product that is faulty you have 30 calendar days to inform us of the fault. You must inform us in writing by email or post and include full details of the fault and your order information. For faulty products over 30 days old you will need to contact the manufacturer to receive an exchange or refund. We are more than happy to help you with contacting the manufacturer, please contact us for further assistance.
You must inform us in writing by email or post and include full details of your original order to receive a return reference number. Once you have received this, you may post the item back to the above address. Return postage is at your own risk and we therefore strongly recommend using a signed for and tracked service.
This does not affect the warranty on your products. For Roxfit products with a two year warranty please contact our support team.
UNWANTED GOODS - RETURN WITHIN 15 DAYS
You may return any unwanted goods to Roxfit within 15 calendar days for a full refund (excluding initial postage charge) or an exchange for the same priced product. Unwanted products must be returned in brand new condition, in the original packaging and with all security seals intact on the packaging. Unfortunately we cannot replace, exchange or refund any goods that have been opened and show any signs of usage.

HOW WE USE YOUR DETAILS
We are committed to providing the safest shopping experience whenever you choose to purchase goods from us. This is why at Roxfit we are very particular with how we handle the personal information you give us. In order to understand how we use your information, please see the following notes:
- You authorise Smart Mobile staff to view and process information that identifies yourself; including your name, email address, telephone number and address. This information will be used to reasonably and efficiently fulfil your order. We may also use this data to contact you with marketing material, should you have opted in for this.
- We NEVER share your information with any third party company. We also NEVER store your payment details or details linked directly to any payment method, other than details required to confirm you identity subject to our fraudulent data checks; this includes the last four digits of your payment card and the expiry date.
- Information you input into contact forms on the website may be stored by Roxfit in order to answer your query. This information will not be shared or used for any other purpose other than to answer your initial query.
Smart Mobile Limited offers a ZERO tolerance policy towards consumers who try to obtain goods through fraudulent methods. Any attempt of fraudulent action will result in your order being cancelled and a full report being filed with the relevant authorities. Please note that your internet IP address is recorded once you place an order and our advanced automated software will use this information to provide a score based around previously recorded attempted fraudulent actions.
