Warranty – Roxfit

Smart Mobile Limited ("Roxfit") will provide a limited warranty of 2 years, from the date of purchase, for any Roxfit branded product. Other manufacturer products sold through the Roxfit website will be subject to their respective conditions of warranty.


The Conditions of the Warranty

(a) This warranty will not be valid for/does not cover:

- accidental or deliberate damage;
- damage caused by any fair wear and tear;
- damage caused by reckless, illegal or inappropriate use of the item;
- any attempt to repair the item by any party other than Roxfit or any attempt to modify or adapt any part of the accessory

 

(b) We may ask you to return your item to us for inspection. We may also authenticate warranty claims via pictures or video. 

(c) The warranty is not transferrable.

(d) The Roxfit warranty does not cover any damage to your handset that has been caused despite using a protective accessory. Our accessories are designed to offer maximum protection, but no protective accessory can provide a 100% guarantee against handset damage. 


To Claim

If you believe the item you have purchased under this warranty is faulty please contact Roxfit by no later than the last day of this warranty. Any claims received after the last day of the warranty will not be valid.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty is offered as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
